When Mary died December 4th, 2020 just seven days short of her 83rd birthday, she left a beautiful life, a legacy full of memories and especially art for all of us to enjoy.

Devotional – Year One

After December 4th, to start our journey of healing the daughters and I started out with a morning text and devotional and an evening prayer.
I started taking a daily sunrise and sunset wherever I was located and our graphic designer in the family attached  a Bible verse on the daily images. 
Once we had 365 images and verses, we thought it was time for a devotional memorial book for Mary.

Mary Bechtol Legacy Book

Mary left many writings, sketch books, scrapbooks, including travel logs (Mary loved to travel and always said she could be ready in five minutes for a trip to Europe). Her writings and sketchbooks, showed her love for her family, music (Bluegrass) and expressed how much she loved to paint.

Currently I specialize in wildlife/nature photography including scenic and landscapes of the southwest USA and several foreign countries.
